Select military and federal employees have extra year for tax credit
|

| Members of the military and certain other federal employees serving outside the U.S. have an extra year to buy a principal residence in the U.S. and qualify for the homebuyer’s tax credit. Thus, an eligible taxpayer must buy, or enter into a binding contract to buy, a principal residence on or before April 30, 2011. If a binding contract is entered into by that date, the taxpayer has until June 30, 2011, to close on the purchase. Find more information at:

Renters:I can help you find the best Rental home for your needs in the Charlotte area. Rentals abound and are offered by both Property Management Companies and Individual Owners. I work with all of them. It can be a straight rental or a lease/option - lease/purchase. Many of today's renters are tomorrow's homeowners. I work with a graduated fee schedule that is completely refundable down the road, if you choose me to represent you in a future home purchase. In some cases, the property management company or the owner may pay my entire fee. In other cases they will only pay a portion. In those cases I ask that you, the client, pay the difference. It may be just a small part or a major part, depending on what they are willing to pay. Fee Schedule: Rent Fee up to $1000 per month $250 $1001 to $1500 per month $300 $1501 to $2000 per month $350 $2001 to $2500 per month $400 $2501 and up $500 Credit Repair: If your credit has taken a couple of hits and you would like to look forward to buying a home in the future, I can steer you towards a few credit repair agencies that will help you to clean up your credit......
